Years 7-9 and 11 have benefited greatly from their Career Start programme delivered this week by Karen Kimura, Learning & Development Manager at the GDST. Each year group tackled a different aspect of developing their soft skills in preparation for their future employability. One key feature was to develop the ability to relate their activities to the way in which these benefit their chosen career path.
