The Year 12 Young Enterprise teams attended the Official Young Enterprise Launch Event at Welsh ICE in Caerphilly on 16th November. The event enables students to find out more about the YE company programme and to meet the schools they will be competing against. Not only was it hosted by Wales’s first enterprise hub, but students were able to speak to entrepreneurs first-hand about their experiences, ask for valuable advice and pitch their own ideas to experts. As part of the day, the teams entered a ‘spaghetti and marshmallow tower’ challenge and the two Howell’s teams came first and second. A great start for both teams!
