The nursery girls celebrated the Chinese New Year the week before half term – the Year of the Monkey. They enjoyed listening to the story about how the different animals take it in turns each year. They had lots of fun painting Chinese dragons ready for their dragon parade on Friday around the school. They also enjoyed playing their instruments and singing their 'Kung Hei Fat Choi' song. On Tuesday the girls celebrated Shove Tuesday. They made pancakes for our snack time.The best bit was the ‘Toss and Catch the Pancake’ competition.
