Digital Wildfire Project

Towards the end of the summer term, girls in Years 7-9 were encouraged to consider ‘How can young people stay safe on social media?’ using a range of methods (poster, poem, letter, animation, video) and much thought went into how our lives are affected by social media. In total, 22 entries were emailed to Digital Wildfire, and we were delighted to hear that Ellie M and Tanvi H were awarded prizes of £100 book vouchers. All other entries were rewarded with a certificate. This is excellent news and evident of the complete understanding students at Howell’s of the dangers faced online in today’s society.
