At lunch-time on Tuesday, 29th September, the Year 13 historians were guided through the origins of the Holocaust by Dr Norry La Porte of the University of South Wales. He examined the different historical interpretations of this horrific event and the factual context to the topic, setting the students off on their personal research for the A Level coursework. It was an engrossing and informative session, much appreciated by the students.
