From Monday 19th until Thursday 22nd October Howell’s was alive with the sound of music, as our production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s magnificent musical has wowed audiences of parents, grandparents, friends, family, Hywelians, governors and staff. It really was a sensational production, one to rival the West End, with a standing ovation at every performance. Everyone came out of the auditorium smiling and singing the familiar tunes. The performance on the Thursday was a gala evening and during the interval everyone enjoyed delicious canapés and a glass of fizz. Many congratulations to all the staff, students, orchestra and everyone involved who worked so incredibly hard to make the week a great success!
