We're thrilled to share the exciting news of Issy's impressive performance at her first international show jumping competition. Competing in the prestigious International FEI competitions governed by the same body overseeing Olympic Showjumping, Issy demonstrated exceptional skill and determination.
Riding her horse, Calle, Issy achieved a remarkable 3rd place, earning a Bronze in a highly competitive senior class against adult riders. Notably, Issy was the youngest competitor in her class, making her achievement even more outstanding. We couldn't be prouder of her!
Unfortunately, Issy's sister Daisy was unable to compete due to a recent trampoline hand injury. Nevertheless, she was a fantastic supporter and is eager to make her mark on the podium soon. Both girls eagerly look forward to representing Wales in team competitions this summer.
In recognition of this significant accomplishment, both Daisy and Issy have been invited to become ambassadors for the Heliite air vest, a groundbreaking new invention designed to enhance rider safety. This opportunity is a testament to their dedication and success in the sport.
Excellent work girls, we are so proud of you!
